Gene therapy of peripheral ischemic disease

Abstract

Gene therapy is overshadowed with doubt, especially due to the ethical nature of such experiments. On the other hand it gives a chance to patients what we could not help until now. Clinical trials of treating neoplasms and vascular diseases using gene therapy are most advanced at this moment.
