Abstract

Authors described not popular in surgical data problem like is trombocythosis — high number of trombocyties in compare to thrombocythopenia which was very popular problem in surgery patients. Authors analized very basic problems which proved to increase of the thromobosis in patietnts after surgery would like to stress reasons and epidemiology, focused on micro and macrothrombosis, haemorrhagiaes and neurological findigs. Authors analized disturbances in haemostatic system and stressed problems which was high number of trombocyties after surgery.
