Abstract

Somatic complains are often seen in patients with depression. Its course might resemble the neoplastic process and lead to wide diagnostic attemps. A case study of a patient with depression in course of Alzheimer disease who demonstrated many somatic symptoms connected with delusion of cancer is presented. Such a case may cause diagnostic problems for physicians.
