Acute left main occlusion during transcatheter aortic valve implantation

Abstract

We present a case of a 92 year-old female with severe aortic stenosis who underwent TAVI. The procedure resulted with acuteleft main coronary artery occlusion requiring an immediate percutaneous coronary intervention.
