Abstract

Orbital pseudotumour is a rare chronic and non-specific inflammatory process of unknown etiology. We present here a patient with advanced breast cancer who developed this condition during therapy with capecitabine, an oral fluoropyrimidine derivative. The case is discussed in the context of world literature, with special emphasis on differential diagnosis.
