Abstract

We report a case of penile metastases from rectal cancer. Penile metastases are extremely rare and considerably decrease quality of life. The occurence of penile metastases is the sign of disseminated disease and is usually associated with poor prognosis. The palliative treatment of these cases includes local surgical excision, penis amputation, palliative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
