Abstract
Metastases of ovarian carcinoma to the breast and axillary lymph nodes occur rarely. Secondary breast
involvement from an epithelial ovarian cancer means dissemination of the disease and predicts very poor
prognosis. We report 59-years-old patient, who had epithelial ovarian cancer and who developed metastases
to the breast and axillary lymph nodes. The second part of the article is a short review of the
literature.
