Abstract
Malnutrition can be observed in 80% cancer patients and always leads to rise in complications’ rate. It is
very important to identify problem and start intervention promptly in patients with malnutrition. The management
of the first choice is an enteral nutrition. In case there is no possibility to apply the enteral nutrition, the
intravenous way should be used. The clinical nutrition in cancer patients is in use not only in perioporative
period but in time of chemo and radiotherapy as well. The special group are the palliative care patients.
