Abstract

The increasing number of non-small cell lung carcinoma type adenocarcinoma cases has been observed recently in elderly population. Molecularly targeted therapy remains alternative way of treatment for older patients because low profile of toxicity. Epidermal growth factor receptor gene expression can be detected both in primary tumor and metastatic sites.
