Abstract

Last years, we can observe increase of lung adenocarcinoma especially concerns women. Characteristic view of histopathological examination is a progress of a disease through blood circulation, especially in the early stage of the development. Diagnosis of the lung adenocarcinoma is based on the symptoms from the source of malignancy. Case of 47-years-old patient which is diagnosed due to changes in the lymph nodes in her armpit, which suggest breast cancer, is an example of natural biology of the lung adenocarcinoma. This case teaches us to be very caution and it will involve complex approach to the patient examination.
