Fulvestrant in the treatment patient with metastases in bone and soft-tissue

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common caner occurring in women in Poland.Hormone therapy in palliative treatment with women hormone-sensitive is the treatment of choice in group patient with the presence of metastases in bone and soft-tissue. Hormonal therapy is well tolerated. In metastatic disease prolongs the life of the sick person and corrects quality of life. Description of patient cured present fulvestrant by the reason of for metastatic bone and soft tissues. It has followed at ill change metastases and correction of quality of life.
