Streszczenie
U chorych z nadciśnieniem tętniczym stwierdza się dysbiozę jelit. Modyfikacja mikrobioty jelit za pomocą niektórych probiotyków prowadzi do obniżenia ciśnienia tętniczego. Z tego powodu stosowanie wybranych probiotyków może być uzupełnieniem terapii nadciśnienia tętniczego. Bakterie stanowiące dysbiotyczną mikrobiotę jelit wytwarzają związki o działaniu hipertensynogennym [trimetyloamina (TMA), wzorce molekularne związane z patogenami (PAMP)]. Ponadto w stanie dysbiozy stwierdza się zmniejszenie wytwarzania związków o działaniu przeciwnadciśnieniowym [krótkołańcuchowe kwasy tłuszczowe (SCFA)].
W niniejszym artykule omówiono informacje dotyczące mikrobioty u chorych na nadciśnienie tętnicze oraz przeciwnadciśnieniowe właściwości niektórych probiotyków.
Streszczenie
U chorych z nadciśnieniem tętniczym stwierdza się dysbiozę jelit. Modyfikacja mikrobioty jelit za pomocą niektórych probiotyków prowadzi do obniżenia ciśnienia tętniczego. Z tego powodu stosowanie wybranych probiotyków może być uzupełnieniem terapii nadciśnienia tętniczego. Bakterie stanowiące dysbiotyczną mikrobiotę jelit wytwarzają związki o działaniu hipertensynogennym [trimetyloamina (TMA), wzorce molekularne związane z patogenami (PAMP)]. Ponadto w stanie dysbiozy stwierdza się zmniejszenie wytwarzania związków o działaniu przeciwnadciśnieniowym [krótkołańcuchowe kwasy tłuszczowe (SCFA)].
W niniejszym artykule omówiono informacje dotyczące mikrobioty u chorych na nadciśnienie tętnicze oraz przeciwnadciśnieniowe właściwości niektórych probiotyków.
