Opinia Zespołu ds. Stymulacji Bezelektrodowej powołanego przez Krajowego Konsultanta w Dziedzinie Kardiologii i Zarząd Sekcji Rytmu Serca Polskiego Towarzystwa Kardiologicznego
Abstract
Stała stymulacja serca jest powszechnie uznaną metodą leczenia pacjentów z chorobą węzła zatokowego i/lub zaburzeniami przewodzenia przedsionkowo-komorowego. Jednak stosowanie tradycyjnych układów stymulujących z elektrodami przezżylnymi wiąże się z ryzykiem wystąpienia powikłań, takich jak odma opłucnowa, perforacja jam serca czy zakażenie związane z urządzeniem. Alternatywny sposób stymulacji stanowi zastosowanie systemu pozbawionego elektrod, w którym stymulator implantowany jest bezpośrednio do jam serca. W Polsce implantacje takich urządzeń prowadzone są od 2016 roku, jednak z powodu braku jednoznacznych zasad refundacji procedurę tę wykonuje się w ograniczonym zakresie.
Zespół ekspertów powołany przez Krajowego Konsultanta w Dziedzinie Kardiologii i Zarząd Sekcji Rytmu Serca Polskiego Towarzystwa Kardiologicznego przedstawia opinię na temat stosowania systemu stymulacji bezelektrodowej w warunkach polskich. W dokumencie zawarto opis metody, wyniki badań klinicznych potwierdzających jej skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo, wskazania i przeciwwskazania do jej stosowania, jak również sprecyzowano warunki, jakie powinny spełniać ośrodki, w których wykonywane są zabiegi implantacji.
