Abstract
We present a case of a 49 year-old man without structural heart disease who suffered from frequent episodes of atrial
fibrillation. We performed pulmonary vein isolation using a new system High-Density Mesh Ablation. All four pulmonary
veins were isolated and during an 8-month follow-up period no arrhythmia recurrences were noted.
