Abstract
Churg-Strauss syndrome is a rare systemic disease characterized by necrotising vasculitis and peripheral eosinophilia. Cardiac
involvement is found in up to 64% of patients and is given a high rank among the causes of morbidity and mortality. We
presented a case of 26 year-old male with Churg-Strauss syndrome and left intraventricular thrombus.
