Abstract

Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the most frequent indolent lymphoma. The majority of patients had a high baseline disease severity, where the recommended first-line treatment is immunochemiotherapy. In recent years, it has been shown that bendamustine combined with rituximab (R-B) is effective both in the first-line treatment and in patients with relapsed or refractory indolent lymphomas. The following paper describes the case of a patient with relapsed FL, in which the long-term partial remission was achieved as a result of the R-B scheme in the next-line of treatment.
