Abstract

Abstract We report on a case of 33 years old multipara with a congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung (CCAM) diagnosed in a fetus at a gestational age of 33 weeks. We discuss pregnancy course, imaging characteristics and short-term neonatal outcome.
