Abstract

Adhesiones occur after almost all gynecological procedures. Presence of adhesions may cause many complications and time consuming surgical procedures. It is also very important to include adhesions prevention procedures in order to preserve fertility in young women. That why adoption of effective adhesion prevention strategies should be introduced in gynecological surgery. This should include good surgical practice together with use of anti-adhesion adjuvants. Among them hialuronic acid has the best proven in literature effectiveness in adhesion formation reduction
