Abstract

Abstract The paper presents a case of placental tumor causing hemodynamic changes. Doppler studies and fetal echocardiography allowed the diagnosis of hyperkinetic circulation in the course of fetal anemia. Cordocentesis has been performed and confirmed fetal anemia. The treatment used, intrauterine blood transfusion, allowed the compensation of hemodynamic and hematological disorders. Paper presents a detailed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the event chorangioma in pregnancy.
