Streszczenie

Nienowotworowe choroby przewodów żółciowych odpowiedzialne za występowanie zwężeń drzewa żółciowego obejmują szerokie spektrum schorzeń o charakterze autoimmunologicznym, infekcyjnym, jatrogennym lub niedokrwiennym, które posiadają zróżnicowane rokowanie i wymagają różnego postępowania leczniczego. Zwężenia o nieokreślonym charakterze zawsze wymagają wykluczenia choroby nowotworowej. Obrazowanie dróg żółciowych za pomocą rezonansu magnetycznego ma pierwszoplanowe znaczenie diagnostyczne oraz jest pomocne w planowaniu leczenia i dalszym nadzorze. Z kolei endoskopowa cholangiopankreatografia wsteczna (ECPW) to najważniejsza metoda torująca drogę do interwencyjnej terapii zwężeń, polegającej na ich rozszerzaniu i protezowaniu. Dokonano przeglądu etiologicznie zróżnicowanych łagodnych zwężeń dróg żółciowych i strategii terapeutycznych z uwypukleniem metod leczenia endoskopowego.   

Streszczenie

Nienowotworowe choroby przewodów żółciowych odpowiedzialne za występowanie zwężeń drzewa żółciowego obejmują szerokie spektrum schorzeń o charakterze autoimmunologicznym, infekcyjnym, jatrogennym lub niedokrwiennym, które posiadają zróżnicowane rokowanie i wymagają różnego postępowania leczniczego. Zwężenia o nieokreślonym charakterze zawsze wymagają wykluczenia choroby nowotworowej. Obrazowanie dróg żółciowych za pomocą rezonansu magnetycznego ma pierwszoplanowe znaczenie diagnostyczne oraz jest pomocne w planowaniu leczenia i dalszym nadzorze. Z kolei endoskopowa cholangiopankreatografia wsteczna (ECPW) to najważniejsza metoda torująca drogę do interwencyjnej terapii zwężeń, polegającej na ich rozszerzaniu i protezowaniu. Dokonano przeglądu etiologicznie zróżnicowanych łagodnych zwężeń dróg żółciowych i strategii terapeutycznych z uwypukleniem metod leczenia endoskopowego.
