Enteroskopia w gastroenterologii — przydatność w diagnostyce i terapii na podstawie medycyny opartej na faktach
Gastroenterologia Kliniczna 2019;11(2):61-65.
Streszczenie
Enteroskopia za pomocą długich endoskopów umożliwiających dotarcie, oglądanie i wykonywanie zabiegów terapeutycznych praktycznie w całym jelicie cienkim stanowi olbrzymi postęp w gastroenterologii. W czasie takich enteroskopii, aby dotrzeć jak najdalej, używa się trzech różnych rozwiązań — systemów dwubalonowego, jednobalonowego lub tuby spiralnej. Wskazania to diagnostyka i leczenie chorób jelita cienkiego. Zabieg jest trudny technicznie, trwa do 2 godzin i wymaga dużego doświadczenia endoskopisty.
