Przezustna endoskopowa miotomia (POEM) — evidence based medicine
Gastroenterologia Kliniczna 2019;11(1):21-23.
Streszczenie
Przezustna endoskopowa miotomia to dowód olbrzymiego postępu w leczeniu chorych z zaburzeniami połykania związanymi z achalazją przełyku. Dzięki wykonaniu kanału w ścianie przełyku zaczynającego się kilkanaście centymetrów powyżej wpustu — przecina się mięśniówkę w obrębie dolnego zwieracza przełyku. Stanowi to alternatywę dla leczenia chirurgicznego i brutalnego rozrywania mięśniówki przełyku balonem. Zabieg jest bezpieczny i skuteczny.
