Streszczenie

W artykule przedstawiono medyczne informacje praktyczne dotyczące procedury endoskopowej podśluzowkowej dyssekcji (ESD). Informacje te są oparte na publikacjach zgodnie z metodologią medycyny opartej na faktach. Opisany rodzaj procedury ESD wczesnych raków cechuje się porównywalnymi z chirurgicznym wynikami odległymi, z jednoczesnym zachowaniem organu, lepszą jakością życia i mniejszym odsetkiem powikłań.
