Endoskopia kapsułkowa jelita cienkiego — evidence based medicine

Streszczenie
Endoskopia kapsułkowa jest nieinwazyjną metodą służącą do diagnostyki jelita cienkiego. W artykule omówiono budowę i zasadę działania urządzenia, przygotowanie i przebieg badania, wskazania, przeciwwskazania i możliwe powikłania. Przedstawiono też wyniki najważniejszych prac oceniających jej zastosowanie w głównym wskazaniu, jakim jest przewlekłe, niewyjaśnione krwawienie z przewodu pokarmowego.
