Dwudziestoletni pacjent z nawracającymi krwotokami z przewodu pokarmowego

Streszczenie
W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono przypadek chorego, który przebył trzykrotnie krwotok z przewodu pokarmowego, a konwencjonalne badania endoskopowe nie wykazywały zmian. Dopiero wykonanie scyntygrafii z nadtechnecjanem sodu (99mTc) pozwoliło na ujawnienie uchyłka Meckela. Pacjent został skierowany na operację, która potwierdziła obecność uchyłka z ektopową tkanką żołądkową w jego dnie. W ponad rocznej obserwacji po resekcji uchyłka nie obserwowano nawrotu krwawienia.
