Streszczenie
Ostre uszkodzenie nerek jest zespołem klinicznym o złożonej etiologii i patogenezie. Od wielu lat trwają próby jego zdefiniowania jak również badania nad metodami umożliwiającymi szybką i wiarygodną diagnostykę tego zespołu chorobowego. Artykuł stanowi przegląd najnowszych doniesień naukowych dotyczycących diagnostyki ostrego uszkodzenia nerek.
