The guide of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) treatment of glomerulonephritis

Abstract
The presented principles of the mycophenolate mofetil treatment in the particular types of glomerulonephritis in children and adults are based on the current literature. It is emphasized that appropriate interpretation of the renal biopsy and sufficient duration of therapy (at least twelve months) are crucial for clinical efficacy of the drug.
