Granulomatosis with polyangiitis resistant to standard treatment — report of successful rituximab therapy

Abstract
Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is the most common type of systemic vasculitides associated with anti-neutrophil cytoplasm antibody. Most commonly involved organs are lungs and kidneys. We report a case of refractory GPA with pulmonary involvement, which was successfully treated with rituximab.
