Chory dializowany jako biorca przeszczepu

Abstract
W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono aktualny stan
przeszczepiania nerek w Polsce, obowiązujące zasady
doboru dawca–biorca oraz system alokacji
nerek. Omówiono przygotowanie biorcy do zabiegu
transplantacji nerki z uwzględnieniem przeciwwskazań,
oceniono poszczególne układy i narządy, oceniono
ryzyko zakażeń, nowotworów i nawrotu choroby
podstawowej w przeszczepie.
