Abstract
Although Poland is a country where most people are white, more and more patients with ethnic skin are seen. The article provides a review of the chosen skin diseases in skin of color, the differences of skin symptoms in comparison to Caucasians and complications, mainly hyperpigmentation. Also the problem of chemical peels and light-based therapies is described.
