Change of some values of fetal metric features during storage and preservation

Abstract
On the material of 127 human fetuses of both sexes aged 84-112 days of fetal life as well as on 127 fetuses aged 228-256 days of human life, body length (BL), body mass (BM), head circumference (HC) and thorax circumference (ThC) were measured before their preservation. Value changes of the features were assessed as they are exposed to the following factors: placing in water for 6, 12 and 24 minutes; storing in refrigerator and control measurements were done after 12, 24 and 36 hours; storing in l0% solution of formalin for 1 month, 3 month and after 1 year.
