Abstract

We present a 40-year-old woman with pregnancy-induced hypertension, which was diagnosed in her first pregnancy. The
study data demonstrate that patient’s blood pressure normalised after applying methyldopa. However, this hypertension
treatment came out to be insufficient in the postpartum period. The aim of this study is to present the treatment of
hypertension in a breastfeeding patient.
