Embolizacja dodatkowych tętnic odchodzących od aorty jako profilaktyka przecieku typu II u chorych z implantowanym stent-graftem branchowym
Chirurgia Polska 2021;23(1-2):55-59.
Streszczenie
Przeciek okołoprotezowy typu II jest najczęstszym powikłaniem zabiegów implantacji stent-graftów do
aorty brzusznej w przebiegu leczenia tętniaków aorty brzusznej. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono przypadek
chorego, u którego ryzyko wystąpienia przecieku typu II było duże. Jako profilaktykę przecieku
typu II zastosowano embolizację dodatkowych tętnic odchodzących od tętniaka aorty brzusznej przed
implantacją samego stent-graftu.
