Streszczenie
Dynamicznie rozwijająca się onkoplastyka, czyli stosowanie metod chirurgii plastycznej w operacjach onkologicznych piersi, wymaga doskonałej znajomości anatomii gruczołu piersiowego. W artykule przedstawiono szczegóły zaopatrzenia tętniczego i spływu żylnego oraz unerwienia piersi, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem obszaru kompleksu brodawkowo-otoczkowego, oraz układ chłonny z drogami spływu chłonki. Dodatkowo opisano szczegóły anatomii dołu pachowego.
