Abstract

In this paper review mechanisms and etiology of dysphagia are prestented. A focus is given to endoesophageal procedures, radiotherapy and pharmacological methods in the treatment of dysphagia. Indications to gastrostomy and the treatment of sialorrhoea are presented.
