Abstract
Therapy of primary central nervous system lymphomas (PCNSL) by systemic high-dose methotrexate (MTX) and cytarabine (Ara-C) is the most effective chemotherapeutic protocol. The efficiacy of intraventricular treatment is actually evaluated.
