The difficulties in treating juvenile angiofibroma

Abstract
We present a patient with juvenile angiofibroma treated by surgery and radiotherapy. Therapeutic
challenges are described, with several recurrences and intracranial invasion despite nine consecutive surgical
procedures and negative surgical margins in the diagnostic surgical specimen.
