Abstract

We describe a case of a 32-year-old woman with very rare congenital aortic malformation of the infra-renal abdominal aorta agenesis. Symptoms such as arterial hypertension and vertigo with syncope appeared four years before definite diagnosis was established by computed tomography angiography (angio-CT). Due to a lack of symptoms of visceral organs as well as lower extremities ischaemia, medical treatment was recommended.
