Abstract

The aim of the article is to introduce the history of clinical paedopsychiatry ward in Gdańsk and to acquaint the current model of therapeutic team work. The system is based on multiprofessional team who employ multiform integrated interactions. According to our own experience this method is an optimum work with adolescent patients. The method reflects the interaction system which is the most similar to the outside the hospital environment, in which a young person acts.
