Dieta eliminacyjna w chorobie Leśniowskiego-Crohna — nowa metoda leczenia żywieniowego dzieci i dorosłych

Streszczenie
Dieta eliminacyjna w chorobie Leśniowskiego-Crohna (CDED), w połączeniu z częściowym żywieniem dojelitowym (PEN), stanowi obiecujący model leczenia żywieniowego u pacjentów z Chorobą Leśniowskiego-Crohna. Poprzez eliminację produktów zapalnych oraz wprowadzenie żywienia dojelitowego, dieta ta wspomaga procesy regeneracji jelit. Najnowsze badania kliniczne sugerują, że CDED nie tylko indukuje, ale również utrzymuje remisję, oferując tym samym holistyczne podejście zarówno dla pacjentów pediatrycznych, jak i dorosłych. Aktualne wytyczne ESPEN zalecają uwzględnienie CDED jako formy leczenia, szczególnie u dzieci i młodych dorosłych z łagodną i umiarkowaną postacią choroby Leśniowskiego-Crohna. Ponadto, coraz więcej badań podkreśla znaczenie CDED w populacji dorosłych, podkreślając jej rolę jako istotnego elementu lub alternatywy dla leczenia farmakologicznego.
