Bilateral bundle branch block during treatment with amitriptyline

Abstract
A 57 year-old man treated with amitriptyline was admitted because of several episodes of syncope. In ECG, the incompleteleft bundle branch block was masked by the complete right bundle branch block and left anterior fascicular block.
