Abstract
Abstract: Three elderly patients with severe symptomatic bradyarrhythmia due to iatrogenic hyperkaliemia are presented. In all patients potassium - lowering therapy was effective; two patients required temporary pacing. The issue of iatrogenic hyperkaliemia and treatment options are discussed.
