Abstract
A case of a 35-year-old female who developed acute myocardial infarction and pulmonary oedema during pregnancy, is presented. Coronary angiography revealed a critical stenosis of the left circumflex coronary artery and a successful angioplasty was performed. The course of a subsequent 13 year follow-up was uneventful.
