Abstract

Myocardial infarction with angiographically normal coronary arteries is a puzzling clinical condition described since the implementation of coronary angiography as a diagnostic technique. We report a case of a 55-year-old male patient with acute myocardial infarction and acute ischemic stroke with normal coronary arteries. Diagnostic dilemmas and problems with correct treatment are discussed.
