Myocardial infarction in a 27-year-old woman – five years of follow-up. A case report

Abstract
A case of a 27-year-old female, who developed acute myocardial infarction is presented. The first ECG revealed T-waves changes. Coronary angiography revealed a critical stenosis of the left descending coronary artery and a succesful angioplasty was performed. A five-year follow-up was uneventful.
