Abstract
We present a case of a 61 year-old woman with tachycardia originating close to the His bundle where radiofrequency (RF) ablation
may bear potential risk of atrioventricular (AV) block. In this case report we discuss the possibility of a AV nodal reciprocating
tachycardia with tendon of Todaro breakthrough. Patient was safely and effectively treated with RF catheter ablation.
