Leukemic transformation of polycythemia vera — 2 case reports and review of literature

Abstract
Polycythemia vera is one of the myeloproliferative neoplasms. There are many complications of disease, but the gravest is leukemic transformation. In this report, we describe two cases of patients with polycythemia vera transformed to acute myeloid leukemia.
