"Hematology in Clinical Practice" (HCP) is a peer reviewed, full text English, open access continuous publishing journal published under auspices of Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine (Warsaw, Poland), Polish Lymphoma Research Group, and Polish Adult Leukemia Group. The Journal is a continuation of "Hematologia", educational periodical that served Polish hematologists and other health care professionals for more that 10 years. HCP publishes original articles, brief research reports, reviews and state-of-the art papers, case reports, letters, images in hematology, correspondence and conference reports. The goal of the Journal is to keep a record of the state-of-the-art research, to advance studies of blood diseases and to promote education and progress within its various specialties. Readership includes hematologists, oncologists, pathologists, biochemists and other professionals that deal with hematologic problems both in their research and clinical practice.
The electronic version is the primary version of the journal.

The Journal has been included in the registry of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education on January 05th, 2024 with 100 points awarded.
