56th ERA-EDTA Congress in Budapest, 2019 — summary of Polish nephrologists’ participation

Abstract

It is ten years since the Members of the Historical Section of the Polish Society of Nephrology (PSN) started a series of publications summarising annual Congresses of the European Renal Association — European Dialysis and Transplant Association (ERA-EDTA). The first report, which came in 2010, concerned the 47^th ERA-EDTA Congress held in Munich, Germany. Last year we wrote about the 55th event organised in the Danish capital city of Copenhagen and most recently, it was Budapest, Hungary that hosted this distinguished European scientific meeting in 13–16 June, 2019. Each ERA-EDTA Congress remains Europe’s most important event in the world of nephrology.
