Abstract
Rheumatic diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, can lead to complications and symptoms from many systems. In the course of TRU, kidneys may occur and, consequently, end-stage failure. Patients starting renal replacement therapy are burdened with many bio-psycho-social care problems.
